I'm Ashley Belanger, a certified personal trainer, body-building specialist, nutritionist, Hyrox Foundations certified coach, CrossFit Nutrition certified coach, and strength and conditioning expert. My mission is to help busy people carve out space in their lives to feel strong, energized, and confident-nside and out.
My drive comes from more than certifications; it's rooted in my own comeback story. As an elite soccer player, training and conditioning defined who I was for many years. Then marriage and motherhood shifted my focus, and I lost sight of that version of myself. During the pandemic, I seized the opportunity to rebuild both mentally and physically-and discovered my true calling in guiding others through transformation.
As a running enthusiast, in May 2024, I conquered the Calgary Marathon's 60 km Ultra while diving further into advanced HIlT training. As a passionate competitive CrossFit athlete, I earned a spot in the 2024 CrossFit Quarter Finals and won the Festivus Games in 2025.
This year in the Advanced CrossFit Community Cup, I placed 24th in North America West.
What lights me up is watching clients surpass what they thought were their limits-whether it's a park sprint, a HIlT session in the living room, or driving themselves for life-changing results. Every drop of sweat is proof that we're recharging our bodies, clearing our minds, and fuelling our futures.
I'm a mom with two energetic kids, and I know the ripple effect of choosing ourselves.
